The Mica Beauty Eye Liners are specially formulated pencils with richly pigments that are long lasting, even under the most extreme conditions. Use the Eye Liner to line, define, or fill in.

Carnauba Wax, Bees Wax, Ceresin, Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, Octyldodecanol, Isopropyl Myristate, Diethylhexylcyclohexane, Butylparaben, BHT. (+/- Mica, Iron Oxides, Titanium Dioxide, Ultramarine, Manganese Violet).
